I recently acquired a semi-vintage Bulova Super Seville (Day/Date) Automatic watch. It is a Swiss 25-jewel movement. I was wondering if this is suppose to "Hack" when you set the time. If you were going for more of a replica build, you could purchase a Raffles Rolex/Tudor Day-Date dial that s designed to fit on the 2834 movement and will hopefully fit the Bulova case. It is Bulova's Rolex homage watch and was manufactured in 1970.Even though the super golden aesthetic wasn't for me, the watch is amazingly well finished, has a ETA 28-36-2, that clicked Day and Date right on midnight and had just the perfect proportions. To state the obvious, the Super Seville is a Rolex Day-Date homage that was produced by Bulova in the 80s and 90s. I got my watch a few years ago off of eBay on a whim. To my surprise it arrived in immaculate condition with the original bracelet and all.
