I've fitted an M2 ssd and was trying to get this to be the boot disk. I could see it on disk manager. I cloned my hard disk to it using Macrium and could see the files on it. Booted back to HDD and cloned it to the SSD using Paragon Migrate. Result: Clone is successful, however windows fails to boot to the SSD after selecting Windows Boot . This morning it appears as though everything has been cloned but i cannot boot from the SSD. I have tried selecting and making the SSD priority in the Bias but when i do this . After a successful OS install on the SSD, power down, disconnect the HDD and power on. Check your boot settings in the BIOS. You should boot into your SSD at that point. .

After a successful OS install on the SSD, power down, disconnect the HDD and power on. Check your boot settings in the BIOS. You should boot into your SSD at that point. I recently purchased 32 GB of DDR4 ram and a Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1 TB to upgrade my current configuration on my Aurora R11. Installing the RAM and SSD was simple enough, but when it comes to changing the boot drive I seem to be stuck. I'll explain the steps I have attempted thus far below. Clean SSD and redo cloning. Use Macrium Reflect instead. Should be much faster, when not using USB. Note - this is important. After cloning is done - for first boot from cloned drive old.
